We would like to thank you for taking care of not only sourcing our appliances at the best possible price, but due to us travelling and working and thus not able to receive the appliances ourselves, you went beyond your responsibility and received the appliances and even organised storage on our behalf, up until the appliances were required for fitment and then to top it off, Brad even assisted me personally with his vehicle in loading and offloading the appliances to the house from the storage facility. Furthermore, where problems were experienced with suppliers, you took care of it in such a way that we could not do better ourselves, ensuring that we were always satisfied with the outcome. It’s clear that you have a great relationship with your suppliers, as they are fully aware of the zero-compromise service you give your customers. Lastly, the cornerstone for me of any service provider is regular and honest communication which stands out from Dynaserve. Many times, you had to inform us about appliances being delayed due to shipping issues we experienced last year, but never was promises made that created expectations. This regular communication enabled us to plan properly with the developers. Thank you for that. I wish Dynaserve the best, hope you have a fantastic 2022, personally and business wise.
